I want to fully customize my exhaust system on my 99 Corvette Hardtop. From the headers all the way to the cat-backs. I'm looking for a shop that'll do a excellent job, but at a decent price with parts and labour. I would like some feedback about these shop listed below, as well as other shops not listed.

If you want an excellent job, you gotta pay top dollar. As for headers, chances are most shops will just order you headers and work from there. Id just go to Zoro Muffler and have them put some kind of flowmaster/magnaflow exhaust on your car.
