I've been waiting 3 months for this call
Well,...after recently making a decision to buy a 4th Gen. Camaro, I had to start the process somewhere! So,...by looking on certain websites, like this one and a few others, I started to get an idea of what I wanted mine to look like after some modifications. I first decided on what wheels I wanted, and didn't stop looking until I found them.
Then, after seeing so many that were modified,...I decided that I really liked the look of the Wings West Ground Effects Kit. I guess it was the front Air-Dam that caught my eye the most, but then after a while, I came to like the rear one as well. So,....I figured with the extra money I had to buy mods, that would be my first real project or modification. Well, after buying them, I called up my old buddy who paints all my stuff, and told him that I had a project for him, and that I was in a hurry to get these on my car! "No Problem" he say's.
In the mean time, I ended up buying a 3pc rear spoiler from RK Sport, and a Fiberglass SS Bolt-on Hood, in which he said "I'll get those painted as well."
So anyways,....I've been on him for the last 3 months to get them finished, only to get his excuses.:banghead:
He just called me an said: "Your Spoiler & Ground Effects and are done, can you come up here Monday after work, at around 4:30, so we can install them"? DUH! He said the hood wouldn't be ready for another 2 weeks, but I don't care.
I just had to tell somebody, and I couldn't think of anyone around home to call, so this is my way of expressing enthusiasm!

But, since I know my friend as well as I do,.....it will probably take him more like a month to get me the hood. The body kit and spoiler were in pretty decent shape when I got em, but the hood was a different story. There were quite a few cracks in the gel-coat, almost as if he didn't lay enough of it on,...so when it came out of the mold, it had a bit to be disired for. No biggie though, my guy works with fiberglass all the time at his shop, so he'll just sand those areas down and lay some new glass over them!
But yeah, I'll definitely get some new pictures posted up ASAP,...cause you know as stoked as I'm gonna be when they're on, ...I'll definitely come back here and say something about it!

I couldn't help but notice in your Avitar, that yours has a lot of the same features that I like, for instance:....the grill, the GFX, the SS hood, the rear spoiler, aftermarket wheels,....and the fact that it's black! I'm sure most people already know this by the mods in my Sig, but,.... I never get tired of talking about things I like......
So, if you have any more than just the one chopped picture I've seen of it,....My Motto is ~ "Don't Hide it,...Divide it!" . I'm just play'n around bud! But seriously,....I would like to see more of it,....unless you don't want to,....no biggie!

WOW,...wow,... wow,...WOW! Well,..... If I wasn't clear about what I like when it comes to 93-97's, your car just answered that! I just came back from your Cardomain page, and all I can say is WOW! I'm just kidding, I can say more than that,...like SWEET! Aside from the color, and the fact it's not sitting down quite as much, I'd say your car is exactly what I'm referring to.
Way to go,....and nice job on the interior,....I like that! Man,..if only I could get my painter to finish my hood. Oh well, I know it will be done for Spring, and that's when it finally stops raining up here.

I really like the color your thinking of painting it, ....but your right about the black, it does look hawt! Have you lowered your front end, or any part of your car? It's kind of hard to tell from the pictures whether it's been dropped at all. As far as your question about what wheels I decided on,....I went the ones that are Currently on the car. They're the: ~ Enkei "Win" Wheels ~ (17" X 9.5")
I know they're Old School, but that's one of the things I love about them,....that and the 3" Lip they have on the outer dish. I've always been a sucker for a Deep-Dish Rim,....I love the way the sun catches that lip when you're driving down the road,...It just Gleams!
I do like the ones you have on your imposed photos though, those are very cool!!!
