that could have to do with how it's insured I had a new truck that was cheaper than liability on my sunbird because it was listed as an occasional driver (hated the thing and used it on the farm)

Trucks are more expensive to insure where it snows - they know you won't be driving the Vette up a winding mountain road in the middle of January.

full coverage, $275 a month. One ticket on my record, and I'm insured under my mom's 4 door Chrysler Concorde, not even insured under my own car cause I can't even imagine how much that'd be.

Around $250 a month, this camaro has higher insurance premiums than the BMW M5, and any other car for some reason.

I pay $64.00 a month (or $386.00 every 6 months) for my 96 Z28, and I have 1 accident and two speeding. I'm 40 in July and have been with the same Insurance Co. for 15 years.

One ticket goes off on my birthday and the accident goes off in November, so it should be quite a bit cheaper by next spring. Probably between $250-$300 every 6 months. (But that's only if I can go without anymore till then)
