I was trying to find out where i can find ay hidden warrenties that might hel me get to the bottome of my on going situation. and is there anything i can do to the dealership that sold me the car since the dealership that it was first bought at knew of the problem. and i have a feeling that he did to but i doubt he will say that he did.

if you bought the car used the window sticker probably said "as is" which means unless you can prove the dealer defrauded you (for example he put sawdust in the trans to make it shift better) there isn't much you can do. Legally all warranties have to be available to you and written, but some states don't allow some limitations, in that case the best thing is to check your state attorney general or just do a search for warranty info in google
