Front Upper Strut Bar???
jst wondering how many ft-lbs i should torque the bolts to on the front upper bar???

Just do it snug...As long as the dont fall off, its not that important.

Or, look in your owners manual for the torque specs on the struts for the strut towers, do it the same as that.
