Man, I'm suprised that went for the consumer, and not for the corporation, since after all it says the car had been driving like a bat of out hell more than a few times in that article.

Over the next six months, the differential broke four more times, each time while being shifted from first to second gear at around 50 mph.
i am surprised the consumer won. good win though.
