they say once u bid ont he car you have to buy it, okay thats understandeable, now when it comes to test driving the vehicle at least...theres a no way policy on that, and then when it comes to warranty..none available...i dont know much about auctions but are they all this same way?
and if i do go to get a ride from there, what am i looking at for prices in comparison to the same type of cars on autotrader or at a dealer? like what would be the approximate percentage difference? and is it really wise to get a car from there if its your first car?

Midnight Racer,
I see that a number of people have had the same question as you. Personally, I have had the same question myself and have spent much time on the internet looking for available resources of where to buy a good used car. Salvaged or not, depending on what my budget was at the time.
A valuable resource I have come across for salvage vehicles that sometimes you are able to get an excellent deal on is getwwa.com. They have a variety of wrecked cars, and you'll see pics on the website of their condition.
Hope that helps!

What Mr. Santiago Guanuna does not disclose to you is he is co-owner of getwwa.com.
I will let you judge whether this might be good to disclose. I will also let you do your own reading on this unethical business by searching the web under Worldwide Auto Utah and Santiago or just follow the links below. Please do your homework on this place and then decide if you want to roll the dice.
I find it hard to believe Santiago that you used your real name to promote your own unethical business! They get a D- from the Utah Better Business Bureau.

Re: car auctions/ salvage cars
There are a number of different auction sites that offer cars that are salvage. But you have to be really careful when purchasing. I have done a lot of buying and some cars are not what they seem.
Be careful with anything hit in the front, especially SUVs. From my experience for salvagable purposes i find cars hit in either back corner are easier fixes with minimal structural or drivetrain damage.
