Buying a new car - need advice
So DH & I are buying a car on Saturday. Planning to finance with 0 down at .9% interest (We both have great credit, 776 and an 811 so that shouldn't be a problem). I'll be selling my car privately.
I plan on driving this car until the tires fall off. (My old car is too small for our growing family). I need some buying advice. I plan on saying no to all the 'extras' they offer when they pin me in the financing room. Should I say yes to gap coverage? What about extended warranties? Any other advice?
Also, what additional fees are standard? Tax, document fee, transportation fee...is that it? Should i argue any additional they try to add on?

Since you have decided to buy a car, there might be so many question run ning afround your mind. As per my suggestion you should go with the GAP insurance as it will pay the difference between the actual fair market value of vehicle assessed by the insurance company and the current outstanding balance on your loan or lease in the case your vehicle becomes a total loss, whether it be an accident or mother nature. Also take extended auto warranty to get a peace-of-mind for costly mechanical repairs that can happen at any time during the life of your vehicle.
