It's a good move to drop both pontiac and buick.. It'll open up their budget to better projects, and perhaps improve other brands GM holds such as Chevy

Maybe with the extra cash their no longer comitted to use on pontiac and buick projects, they can more wisely invest on say...... a 5th Gen Camaro

problem is more kids are buying the eclipses and civics to rice out, then you have the older people buying the toyotas and hondas because of the fuel. gas is a lot better on 4 cyl. economy cars. so i think this is where domestic is losing the market in the U.S. which is sad. we're giving the japanese money out the *** and not throwing money back into this country.
