hey guys. I pulled into the local auto parts store and saw a beautiful trans am, a 1990. It is black on black and has no visible scratches on the paint. The inside looks good the carpet looked great and so did the seats. Of course the plastic was a little sun faded. The car is almost mint overall.
theyre asking $4800 obo
i was wondering what you guys think of the price
next time i get by there ill take some pics and post em up
btw its a 5.0L v8

Well after you drive it you might not notice much of a difference in power. The 305 TBI was only 170hp, the TPI 200hp. Your V6 is what 200hp? TPI will have probably 100 ft lbs of torque on the 6 though. So the ol' butt dyno may make you think it's way faster.

well i went up and took a good look at the car.......
its hard to see through the dark tinted windows. I was looking for the miles and saw 35,000 miles. i thought no way so i went back farther then it said 235,000miles
i thought in my head thats too much. I just dont have the time and money to work on the car
(the engine probably gonna need work)
so its a nono. but ill keep my eye out for another TA
i really like those TAs
