wheel hop

86 gt, 88 5.0 complete roller motor, t-5, wont stop wheel hoppin, just put on adjustable uppers and lowers

Do you still have the quad shocks.If not put them back on.When I changed the rearend in my 83 and didn't have the factory slap bars on no more and had all kinds of wheel hop.Went and put the quad shocks on for the 8.8 rearend and no more wheel hop.just my 2 cents

had the same issue. went with lakewood 50/50 shocks in the rear. Eibach drag launch springs and double adjustable uppers. No more wheel hop on the launch. Moving the battery to the rear can help a little too. For tires i have 26 10.5 15 MT ET streets.
