the car which the lense belongs to. I'm guessing it's the rear backup light of some sort of truck or SUV, but I'm not sure. Here's the lense and some other fragments of debris found by my car...
In the other thread I posted earlier, I get a damned speeding ticket, and then I come out to my car at 6pm and find crap all over it, including these nice scratches. First set is going to be dirty, the second is when I cleaned it off.
Wiped it down...
Scratched into the paint, and then dug into the fiberglass of the spoiler...

thanks arch lol. No clue what that came from, eh? It's got to be some sort of SUV, figuring they were backing up and hit my car. All I know is I'm searching the parking lot for missing lenses tomorrow.

Found the ****** today when I came to work. It was a black Chevy trailblazer. They even have a tow hitch, so any damage that is on my bumper (including what was there already) I'm going to charge him with doing. He obviously knows he hit my car because he went and parked in the other parking lot, but when you drive down to get to my parking lot that I park in, back of his car was facing me and god it's so obvious to see this shiny metal from the back up light. I took some pictures with the digital camera of the damage to his rear light, his license plate, and I even found letters from the IRS in his car that I took pictures of, some guy that lives in Davison MI. I left a note on his car that said,
"To the owner of the vehicle:
Thank you ever so kindly for hitting my car last night and not having the consideration of notifying someone in the building. I'm sure you must not have realized you hit my car, with my car alarm going off and your back up lense shattering and all. I suggest you call the number below, or I'll be more than happy to file hit and run charges, as I absolutely love the gouge in my spoiler and the scratches all over my rear bumper. Hope to hear from you shortly." and then my number below it.
At some point today I'm going to go down there and ask Strategic Financial if they have any employees with the chevy trailblazer with that license and that I need to talk to them. God I'm so pissed.

yeah so it turns out the person works here at my company, new hire girl. Since we found an IRS letter with her last name on it, came up and looked and yeah went and talked to her. She said she didn't realize it caused any damage and that she'll reimburse me for whatever damage was done. Geez.

thankfully my cousin owns a good body shop down here, so he can fix it for me. who knows, if he gives me a legitimate quote for how much it'd cost to get that painted labor and all so she pays me, maybe I can work it out for the same price he'll just paint my front bumper, I can use touch up paint to fix the rear bumper.
