what do you think makes those areas dangorous? like poverty, the people ? the teenagers ? whatever.

^poverty is a factor, however it is not large. Mostly its the gangs. ed up little teens think they are "gangster". Wearing bandana's and calling their group of friends a "crew", moreover the "west-side of the street crew". They watch rappers in the media and then go out and buy a gun and start and try to run the place. "hey bitch, you crossed the street, ima cap your *** for that one!!!"
