Went to pay my tickets ...
over at 1530 markham road . Havn't been there in a few months and I was shocked to see the "improvements" they have made .
If you didn't know ( prolly u did if u're on this site ) , there are some 10 tellers , out of which about 3 - 4 work at a time , so they don't get too tired . Towards where the tellers are there used to be a lineup where ppl would sit in line and wait for a teller to become free . On a heavy day u'd spend about 15 - 20 minutes in line .
Well NOW ! . You get in there and the place is FULL of chairs . It's now a waiting room . And there is a single teller handing out numbers . You take a number and sit your *** down waitning for it to come up .
I have never seen so many people in that room before . about 30 - 40 . Also , since they have bottlenecked the whole procedure , only to get a friggin nr it takes some 10 minutes, then another 30 - 40 minutes of waiting .
JUUUUUUST to remember how small you are and who you are dealing with , and how our government strives daily to offer us a better and more confortable life .
Also as a sidde note ... FUNNY , there was a guy in there , at first his face and posture struck me ... he looked like he had nothing to live for . Then I noticed a big red leaf on his shirt . And it said : "Eat , Sleep , be canadian" ...
well there's a dude I got no arguments with .

what do u mean .
they make tons of money , and what they just did they simply did it to slow down the process and make it less fun for people to take tickets too court . Which could be understandable , but I don't see the point in having the same system when going to renew your healthcard ... or maybe i do see the point , because if you renew it you can get free stuff for which they pay for .
