Ultimate Fight Night!

So who else is watching the Ultimate Fight Night on Spike? Or was it on earlier in the east....IDK? So far Chris "The Crippler" Leben won his match, and Joe "Daddy" Stevenson lost his fight against Neer.

I can't wait till the Ultimate Fighter 3 starts so I can watch Tito and Ken make fools of themselves. (What a joke....settle it in the ring Ken) I've heard that this is by far the best group of fighters that they've had. We'll see.

I'm also looking forward to the 14th when Andre Arlovski defends his belt against Tim Sylvia. That ought to be pretty good, but I think I'm more excited about the Tito Ortiz vs Forrest Griffen fight. I hope Forrest knocks him out like Chuck did.......can you tell I don't like Tito? Hate his additude. Oh well, what ya gonna do?

Anywho, there getting ready to go at it again, so that's it for me.

Griffin did baet Bonner. Why do you think he is in the UFC. He was the season 1 champ against Bonner.

Except Forrest is a Completely Different fighter now than he was when he fought Bonner. He's been training his A$$ off and showing some major improvement to his skills. If he was to fight Bonner today, it wouldn't even be close to the same fight,....and after watching Bonner last night, Forrest would Dominate any rematch they had.

True, Tito's a former champ and the odds are on his side, but I believe Forrest has a pretty good chance against him. He has the heart of a warrior, a never say die attitude, and a excellent strikers chance. He's also really improved his submissions game as well,......so to say that Forrest is that same fighter you saw in the season 1 finale, would be an understatement. IMO

Besides,......someone who's fought their way up the ranks to be a contender to fight someone as big as Tito Ortiz, is anything BUT a season 1 reject. He's actually been the biggest thing to come out of all the Ultimate Fighters since it began. I sure don't see Stephen Bonner doing any Xyience Commercials.

Your absolutely right about about the stamina thing, they both are very well conditioned. And I'm not sure if you meant to say it the other way around, but Tito's best game is ground and pound,.....and Forrest has some wicked stand up with his fists and knees. I think Forrest has completely improved his submissions as he displayed in his second to last fight, but he's got some killer stand up, knocking out his last opponent.

But I agree with you bud,......I definitely want Forrest to win. I think Tito has been one of the most disrespectful fighters to ever step into the Octagon. One of the best things I ever seen watching the UFC, was when Chuck knocked out Tito in the second round.

Well,.....first of all, Keith Jardin wasn't even in season 1, he was in season 2, not that it really matters......but to say that Bonner was manhandled by him is a stretch IMO. If he was, then I guess Keith would have won the fight, but he didn't. He almost knocked him out in the second round, and he definitely bloodied him up pretty good. But I personally think that Keith should have won that fight, and when they said the winner was Stephan Bonner, I was like What?

Second, your not the only one who feels Keith is a reject,......because of how the show was ran, he went the whole season without having to fight anyone till the end of the show when he lost to Rashad Evens, but that wasn't his fault. Personally, I think he's a decent fighter, and a hell of a nice guy, so to consider him a reject would definitely be a matter of opinion. IMO

Thankfully Dana and the management swithed the way things will happen now. No more stupid competitions to see who gets to fight who......now it's just which ever team wins that fight, they get to control who fights who.
