Trouble Sleeping
How many of you have this trouble? I have insomnia... Its not constant, its more when im very stressed out, that is wut ignites my insomnia... It doesnt make sense though.... If i go to bed 30 mins later then i usually do, i dont have trouble sleeping, yet im **** *** tired... If i go to bed on my usual time, im up all the time in the middle of the nite... And if i go to sleep before i usually go to sleep, im up even more time during the nite. Its nutz. I'm not quite sure wut to do... Drink coffee in the mornings?

This is my second night in row not sleeping. It's on and off with me, so I basiclly just tuff it out. You can try making your area of sleep colder (helps me out 90% of the time). But I'm gonna settle to my last resort for some happy grass to knock me out. Depends what your take on it is, but sure as hell I regret not doing this last night. In 20 minutes I'll be in lala land.

workout during the day , meditate before going to sleep and make u'reself sleep . . .
meditation is like working out you muscles for your brain , you might not be able to do it at first well , but with practice u'll be able to tell yourself to go to sleep and within 10 imns u'll be sleeping

Yeah i have been having some issues to, even if i hit the pillow at l ike 10 im up tell 3-4, I have even tried some base meditating and it dosnt help, I really need to figure this out, I have to be at work at 6 in the morning startingmonday
Try to think of onlyThe number 1 for 1 min, but nothing else, then if you can get threw 1 min go to 2, that helps sometimes.
I may try the pills.

No wonder I haven't been sleeping well in a while.
BTW Dan, is that Gym in newmarket back up yet? Or have they relocated?
I REALLY want to come out sometime... but I don't want to be the only tard who doesn't know what he's doing.

I find that sometimes DEAD silence is killer for trying to sleep.. thats just me though... i like some white noise.

Yeah... I need to start working out again... I think i am, i started for a bit, then stopped due to loads of work, but 2morrow i probably will hit the gym again after school. I notice a slight change in my body, and i like it.
