it would look better with a transparent one.. watermarks, really should be transparent, they are after all, watermarks which aren't solid. Glad you got it working.

lol you all are all too impatient. That watermark image was actually created at some image creator script IN a web page. I need to download a crack for macromedia fireworks MX and then I'll have the actual watermark image. I was just testing the script.

lol well that original watermark without the transparency was created while I was at work, the mac I was using had no image editing software... AT ALL, so I had to find a website to create the image by typing in the text.
