well i went to court today for my criminal threat citation. i got there at 7:40 and waited till they opened at 8. waited outside the court room for 40 minutes then they came out and called roll. they missed my name, so they told me to go speak with the clerk. she called the district attorney who discovered that the ticket had not been turned in yet they said they'd send a letter informing me of the new date, but im hoping the detective decided not to turn it in since he had already given me such a break he figured it wasnt even worth it anymore...i dont know, i can hope cant i?

then the next part of the good news. since i took off school today i went to pep boys and talked to that manager again. he set me up for one final interview with his 1st assistant manager. the manager said if he has a good feeling about me then the assistant definitely will, so then after the interview today at 2:30 they'll give me their offer and i'll be hired!

grrr. i went to the interview and the assistant manager didnt show up and the computer was bein funny cuz the manager couldnt print out the job offer details. i gotta go back wednesday at 4.

Yeah, hope the interview goes well. At first I thought the good news was going to be you went to Pep Boys and they found something wrong with your engine afterall, darn. But hey, new job that you really want is always a good thing! Good luck on that ticket too, that cop did seem pretty cool about it so maybe he didn't turn it in afterall.

Eh, I hate to say this, but the police department's computers are extremely slow. I had hoped that my exhibition of ticket got expelled, since I hadn't gotten a notice to appear. Turns out they did file it, and I am now in the process of fighting it.

For your sake, just check up on that ticket, to make sure that it is indeed not in the system.

well i had the ticket receipt already and it was 2 months ago...i dont now why he stil couldnt have turned it in yet...he most likely will...i just like to dream
