Reptile/Amphibian Owners...

Any one own/have owned/seen in person the Exo Terra Medium Waterfall with fogger? I have a few questions, and i can't find any decent enough pics on the net. My scorpion needs a higher humidity level in his tank. and I'm thinking of going with this to simulate his tropical environment. Brian, I though you might know something about it from your work before.

Is the water area that holds the fogger and the water pool closed off so that an animal cannot enter it or is the pool open? That's the main thing I'm wondering. In some pics it looks closed, others it doesn't. One site mentioned something about it being closed off, but it doesn't say all or part.

If it's the one I'm thinking of, the pool is at the base of the waterfall and there's a little bit of surface agitation on the water, I think we used it for one of our chameleons that only sees movement, so a still puddle of water he wouldn't even notice. From the looks of that waterfall, it looks like it creates three puddles. two smaller ones in the middle, one larger one at the bottom. then the water goes back into the collection tank in the back of the unit, and the pump then circulates it back to the top of the waterfall and water cycle repeats lol.
