RACES, CONTESTS AND STUNTS
The Ontario government has officially filed the regulation defining races, contests and stunts. The new definitions go into effect on September 30, 2007. A few highlights are below:
And these are only a few. All of these items will result in charges under section 172 of the Ontario Highway Traffic Act, with a maximum fine of $10,000 and possible immediate 7-day license suspension and vehicle impoundment.
I'm sure we'll all be voting Liberal this fall...

- Outdistancing another motor vehicle at a rate of speed that is a marked departure from the lawful rate of speed is defined as a 'race'
- Driving 50kph+ over the speed limit is defined as a 'stunt'
- Driving with intent to prevent other vehicles from passing is defined as a 'stunt'
- Driving with a person in the trunk of your car is considered a 'stunt'

whats this stunt ? what are we the fast and the furious? how is any of that a stunt? a stunt is me popping my suv up on the passanger side wheels and then hitting a ramp. thats a stunt. fuken gov and their gay wording for crap. theyre making up meanings for words now. before you know it people will go to court and have to explain what kind of stunt they were doing to the judge. everyone in power should be removed and a new government should be formed. mad max style

Im still waiting to see when they will toughen up the gun laws. Its a harsher punishment for speeding now then for shooting ppl. WAY TO GO government

Um - excuse my ignorance but... what's voting Liberal got to do with anything???
If it's law it's law yes/no? so voting in a new party won't abolish the law right.
the funny thing is that non-street racers fit the new laws too, I read that page over and it seems like everone on the road will be in violation as everyone easily breaks the new laws a dozen times a day.
This is the same ***** that happened with the Drive clean. Ppl originally thought that the gov was actually trying to clean up the air and remove junky old cars, after it was passed, ppl then realized that everyone was fukked - same with this *****.
So I guess everyone on the roads now is or will be a criminal. The courts will be packed.
If yer ever nailed with this BS - FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT cuz it will set a precedense and make it harder for everyone else to get convicted.
