This considered to be a western style apartment. Good enough for me!
Notice the traditional Japanese flooring in the mainroom and bedroom. It's called Tutumi flooring.

My friend is there now working in a funeral parlour with other canadians...60g's american and free rent cant beat that.

Im an English teacher and an exporter. Your friend has a crazy job. My one buddy is a wedding minister. He make 500CDN for 30 minutes of work. That's the weekend deal. He does 2-3 weddings on a saturday or sunday.
And yes that's my shitty *** apartment. My neighbors are pissed off at me at the moment due to the girlfriend screaming at 3am in the morning. To bad the law doesn't have any noise violations or I'd be ed
