We the undersigned are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to increase penalties for violent young offenders, including life sentences for youths who kill.

this is great. these kids are doing crimes knowing that they most theyre gonna get is some juvi and a slap on the wrist. i say if your over 14 you get tried as an adult

if i remember correctly it is a social problem that you guys have over there. during my teenage years i went to east york collegiate and lived in a quiet/peacefull eastern european (mostly) building across the street from a governmental housing complex.

All the similar crimes i witnessed around this given context were all left unsolved, not because of the lack of a more severe punishment, but, due to police incompetence, and the social factors that bring together people that turn to crime and violence.

The governmental housing phenomenon is one of these in Canada. You guys prolly know as all other canadians that the majority of people living in govermnental housing live there out of choice not out of need. The money that hard working eastern european and middle eastern imigrants generate are used to fuel the needs of the original descendants of criminals and prostitutes shipped by brittain hudreds of years ago. Meanwhile the kids of those immigrants, form gangs, and add to the violence and drugs.

I won't deny it actually the quiet building i lived in, had massive romanian coke dealers, but at least these guys were not killing. They were however colaborating with the governmental housing people ... of course


Anyways . The biggest stabbing problems i saw in East York Collegiate were simple cases really. Everyone ... and i mean EVERYONE knew how did it. I'm talking about two particular cases :

- greek guy gets into a fight with Achmed , 10 Achmed's masked catch him in front of his school and cut his arm
- greek guy defends female from Achmed , 10 Achmed 's masked stab him to death in front of the school

The problem was of course, that nobody had the ***** to point fingers, knowing that the police are ****ing pussies and can't protect them.

AND ONCE AGAIN WE'RE BACK AT THE BASICS because let's face it. Toronto police just LOVE and are highly effective at writing traffic tickets and uncovering fiscal fraud. The real criminals, that break the moral rules of humanity go unpunished. But they will charge the kid that was speeding and hit the turban making the illegal left turn.

So you can protest all you'd like for increased penalties. But understand that the criminal does the crime, not thinking that he can afford to do the time, but thinking that he won't get caught. And such crimes are more often because they know, there is a smaller chance to get caught. And when YOU KNOW that you have the support to kill any rat, and when you know that the rats fear you ... ... ...

keep in mind police are more interested in street racers than real criminals aswell. also they fear ahmed and every non white because they dont want to offend the immigrants and any other cultures races and religions.

Do these petitions do anything? I mean seriously? When is the last time anything went to action due to an online petition?

Not to justify what has happened, but how does a 14 year old go about getting killed? All murder is senseless, but I mean, he was just randomly chosen as he walked home? Which, may be the case....

His death is a shame, don't get me wrong. I just believe there is more to the story than him just being a super nice guy. Stabbings are fairly personal, this isn't a stray bullet.

Either way, the bad people should get the chair. :thumbsup:

i agree with you rick. if they were fobbing him andhe resisted they would have taken his stuff but they didnt. my guess is he pissed someone off and was made into an example

you are right from that perspective coke kills ... indirectly ... as a matter of fact, i wonder what reaction would 2 14 year old gangsta's wanna be have if they have snorted coke, and they THINK you gave them a dirty look ?

my first interaction with a black guy in school in canada, ( going past my history of MTV anti-racism brainwashing in europe, never seeing a black "american gangster" [ not to use another word that differentiates a black person from a hip hop type black, white, or asian idiot ], and bitching at all the romainan older guys for being racist ) was rather simple. As I was looking to some rather wierd objects on his head, that seemed to replace hair, and looked like small cactuses to a 11 year old from a country that did not buy children from african tribes 500 years ago, he raised his voice at me : "What the **** you looking at white boy" . The next indirect contact i've had with him afterwards was after he stole my wallet from the gym. But one should contemplate at my alternate faith should i have answered "Why at the lovely cactuses on your head of course ... they definently seem to have had lots of room to grow thick roots" ... How many stabs do you think that would have earned me, just because 2Pac said something about killing white fools in a song, that's being played 15 times per day on BET ?



going back to the first story about the government housing . i remember just arround the age of 14, i was walking home with a friend, when about 30 ( i you not ) of the "lumsden ****s" the governmental housing building at main & danforth that i was talking about earlier, appeared out of nowhere and started feeding it to my buddy. I sort of froze, and at the first attempt to move one of them told me " just chill we got nothing with you " . After kicking the out of the guy , they left , and i hear the story of how he called one of the guy's little brother "A mooch" . That's why he almost got lynched by 30 white trash mother****ers . Interesting detail in all of this is that , the little brother , in this context , now runs the coke in that area , and the romanians i was talking about all work for him mostly


So once again ... there's your negative element ... ghettos and thick gatherings of trash from all corners of the world, incompetent police that can't sort through all of that , and THE ****ING ENTERTAINMENT you guys allow to be pushed on the nation ... ****ing rock and rap music instigating to voilence, stupid american movies, shows ... Anways ... I wonder if any of the blue kocksuckers reading my post now, will ever bother to look deeper into the area i'm talking about, or if they actually have blue friends who are on the payroll of the mooch

that's also a problem . unlike in the us , especially in toronto, many shitty areas are mixed, with poor decent people ... most of those guys are left alone by the bad neighbours unless they cross them . then , see post above .

issue is education ... lowering negative influence ( shoot all rappers, take down the danforth/bloor tailor creek bridge securities, allow the rockers to all commit suicide ) ... improving general public knowledge ... eliminating poor quality in services ... things that with families with 9 kids waiting to deliver stomach piercing double triple pizza pizzas and kentucky genetically engineered chicken once they hit 16, OR to swap engines for other guys in their garage with the latest copy of RicerMag on their side ( as we saw on the parallel post )

people don't need an education or a job to live in canada . at the same time , integrating into society is not tempting enough . officials bitch slap you . of course as a guy with a temper you'd feel better inside if you'd be dealing drugs, rather than working 9 - 5 , and getting and a fat ticket from a doughnut eating **** who's wage you are trying to pay by getting to work in an overcrowded city with pizza delivery ****s and ... like canada revenue ... like ontario transit comission ... like ttc ... everybody's got an attitude ... it comes with the union, for giving moderately capable people, high paying jobs. oh i'm a garbage man, i make 70 g's a year, and drive a stang, and watch hockey and football, i like sports where people beat each other , violence is good, **** yea, **** off u're a doctor certified in india? go deliver pizza while your kids kill ppl


reform will be hard, given the current state of things ... first step is smelling the around you , identifying it's real nature and actually taking action ... anyways this petition is a good thing . i'd say the violent young offenders should be thrown in jail with the big guys ...

you put them in jail young, they come out with no education, the wrong type of friends, can't get a job.. what do you think they are going to be tempted to resort to? crime.. I hate to see this ish happen but I'd much rather see reabilitation than heavy sentencing.

in response to the whole coke dealers not killing it's true. Gang bangers like those in the crips and bloods are unogrinized and kill people over things like the colour of their shoe laces and maybe 5 dollars usually inoccent people not affiliated with any group or gang.

Organized crime is much safer for the innocent bystanders because the crime stays among the criminal orginizations.

Did they ever pin the Toronto Hell's Angels with any serious charges I know they got busted for drug trafficking and arms dealing. But I can't recall an incident where they stabbed or shot a innocent bystandard

yeah but some kids just cant be helped. jail or not theyre not gonna get an education and are still gonna end up in gangs causing . the problem with the gangs is they make all their activities public like the fuken idiots they are. look at the mafia. the biggest gang in the world. do you ever hear about them killing people and shooting up places? no, they keep it quiet. the bikers for the most part do aswell but theyre not as neat and quiet as the mafia. then you get these ****** gang members shooting up places and causing problems in the public eye. personally i think all these gang members should be lined up and set on fire one at a time.

In the case of Ravi, I honestly feel so sad for his family, May he R.I.P and my apologies to the family. I hope they find peace someday.

Now as for the dumb NEGROS YES i said it NEGROS. I wish I could use their slave term but too bad Canada has become a safe haven for a breed of animals hailing from places like Senegal - Jamaica. 90% of them try to represent LIL WAYNE and TUPAC SHAKUR. They think violence will solve everything. Thats why the worlds most troubled areas begin with Somalians hijacking ships to Jane and Finch and Markham & Eglinton being neighborhoods with the highest amount of 911 calls.

Half of these NEGROS are on welfare sucking the life out of this government. They produce children they dont know about and children they cannot afford to have and then it becomes the Government's issue. They walk around like they own the world. WHy? because they know about the perception that the general public have of them and they know their skin colour is feared at times. But hey when youre a NEGRO, theres only 3 things you can excel at. Taking up a jail room, playing basketball or rap.

I know the comment above sounds very harsh, but I'm just trying to vent my frustration to this idiotic conservative government. My anger is NOT directed to every negro, because I know that there are a lot of them who are amazing people. They have a lot of history as well. I am venting to the type that is responsible for taking this young man's life, the negros who use welfare without necessity, (im talking about the 1s that have no job yet can afford $40 NEW ERA HATS and $180 Timberland shoes, $200 Sean John jackets), the negros who have kids with "BABYMAMAS" (thats the term they use when they have a child with a woman they didnt marry, and to the Negros who are responsible for turning Toronto into what it is today.
