I use LimeWire, a friend of mine started using Ares or something like that, and she said it works really good, better than LimeWire, so I want to try it soon. My only distaste for limewire is the p2p virus that's running rampant on their servers. I've already gotten it three times.

Yeah, if you try downloading software, stay away from any keys or cracks that are like 875.1KB big, those are the viruses that are on there right now, atleast. I downloaded a crack for McAfee and it was that virus, next thing I knew Limewire said I was sharing 150+ files, even though I only had 10 in my folder. Did a antivirus scan and sure enough I had the p2p virus. When you download it, it makes a system directory that otherwise would be hidden all the time, and then creates tons of copies of itself with different names in a folder (Mine was in the Documents and Settings\(user names here [it put it in all the different users folders])\Complete ) and the names are all popular things people download, and hence continuing the . I don't think there was really anything bad about it, maybe a backdoor, but I didn't notice any abnormal comp behavior otherwise.
