Hyde will become famous soon enough
Hmm it says 42 people have been killed street racing since 1999 in another CityNews thing it says 42 people since 1992. If anyone has seen the street racing documentary of Toronto on youtube, one of the guys mentions their is a smart way to race and a dangerous way.

A bunch of racers drag racing in industrial district after 12 closing down the streets is probably pretty safe. Racing from the stop light through traffic is dangerous and seems to be how all 42 of these people have been killed. There is a smart way and dangerous way to race.

This officer will probably get away with it because clearly police are above the law. Or at least the think they are.

42 people in 9 years. That's like 6 people a year. Ask how many die in general on the roads from regular everyday drivers, I'll tell you it's much more than 6 a year, closer to ten times that amount.

The problem is they group the two together, organized street races and the goofs who do it on populated roads. I don't think there's been a death from an organized street race in Ontario.

They organize and rearrange stats to suit their views.

42 in 16 years, that includes reckless driving and speeding, which are considered 'racing'.

Dimitri is an unknown quantity at this point
He'll get off on a "technicality". The blue wall of silence will back him up.
