Hey guys, im transfering a car to my brother and the ministry says I need to get a certification in order to be tax exempt and transfer title...where can I go that is HONEST and wont be super ....preferable a place that ownt even see the car. Its a 1998 Si and is sound..but they ALWAYS have a field day on certifications just because they can...any recomendations?
