I HATE COPS! >:O
[rant] So I got pulled over today. ****** 35% tint was too dark for the cop, ******* just wanted to meet his quota. I've driven by hundreds of cops since I got my windows tinted and not one has ever EVER pulled me over because you can VERY EASILLY see in to my car with no problem what so ever, but no this guy had to be a ****** **** and pull me over. I have 10 days to take the tint off and get it signed by a cop or else I get a fine and points put on my record. God **** this is the stupidest ******* law ever ******* created in MI, wait no I take that back the seat belt law is the stupidest ******* law, but this is ******* second, it's not like it's a driving hazard I can see BETTER out both of my windows with them tinted 35% because I don't have the glare of the sun as ******* much as I normally would, but no they have to be ******* dicks about it and say it's a ******* driving hazard and that they can't ******* see in just because this ******* ******* needs to get a ******* pair of glasses because he's too ******* retarded to open his god **** eyes and see that he can see through my windows PERFECTLY ******* FINE! yeah if I had like limo or 15% I could understand, but 35% shouldn't be against the law. here ANYTHING on the driver and passenger front windows are illegal except for the top 4 inches, if I do anything depending on how it looks I might just cut the tint off and leave the top 4 on, then see about reapplying the tint on the top 4 inches and make it ****** impossible to see through and then when i get it signed off "Well, if you bastards won't let me have the bottom half.."

Sux, in Cali you can not have any tint what so ever on the front drivers side or passenger side windows (if you have a 2 seater your **** out of luck except 4 the back window). Now i have limo tint as well, however i drive around with my windows down all the time (yes i got a ticket 4 it once as well, however my school cop signed it off with out even looking at my car ). So take em off, or learn to drive with the window down. Sux bro sounds like he was a **** just like the one who gave the ticket 2 me. Easy on the curse words there jr half of ur post is *'s :banghead:

I got that ticket before, he didn't stop you for the tint it was an excuse to check you out , the reason for the law isn't you seeing out, it's them seeing you they stop you, with the tint they can't see if your reaching under the seat for a gun

The seat belt law is not stupid. Not wereing your seat-belt - that's stupid. Lucky me - no real reason to tint windows on a convertible. If i ever was going to i would just do a custom red tribeal flame tint on the side windows for the hell of it.

I wear my seatbelt faithfully every single time I get in my car, but I think it's stupid that the government tells me I need to wear a seatbelt, if I choose not to, that's my own dang fault, it's not their business... that's like giving someone a ticket for not wearing elbow pads when they rollerblade or something... I dunno, I think self safety like that is your business, you aren't endangering anyone else's life by not wearing a seatbelt, so I think they don't have any reason to get into my business about it.
Anyway, yeah in MI the law states nothing on the front side windows except for like the top 4 inches. In FL, I think they don't care because of the sun and everything... if I lived somewhere nice I wouldn't have any problem keeping my windows down, but the temp outside today was low 30's, I'm not cruisin with my windows down sorry.
