The telephone? United States Patent No. 174,465 by Bell in 1875 in the U.S.

"The Bell family emigrated to Canada in 1870, and in 1871 young Alexander moved to Boston, Massachusetts"

His family moved to Canada and it only took him a year to move to a real country.

Also what's with Canada trying to steal the U.S's heat? Take a look at the U.S/Canada boarder, there's tons of Canadian cities right on the boarder. It's just because it's way to cold up in Canada so they try to steal our heat!

Observe.

I've always found it hilarious how people automatically assume you cross the border and the temperature changes by 20 degrees.

Yes but Bell wasn't Canadian. He was from Europe, then his family moved to Canada, and less than a year later he moved to the U.S where he invented the telephone.

I do believe many of your northern states tap into our water supply for free, so I wouldn't be pimping your vast 'supplies', junior.

(And by junior, I meant geezer... junior just sounds funnier.)

Your fuel is cheaper than ours, yet we have the oil! My province is the richest in Canada because of our oil fields, yet you pay less for it? I say Canada should look after its own first. Venezuela pays 13 cents a litre. I wouldn't mind even 50 cents a litre.

Oh god, I hate those stupid *********. They want to separate and become their own nation... yet use OUR currency, OUR social programs... yeah... no. That's like moving out and having your mom refill your fridge and your father paying the bills. I don't think so, scooter, when you're out, you're OUT.
