Craigslist trouble.
So i have my camaro posted on craigslist, http://portland.craigslist.org/car/95113084.html and about a week ago i get this guy who e-mails me telling me he restores them for a living and he would like to come out and see it. i tell him that it is a and i quote "PROJECT CAR". So when he shows up he is a complete **** head, asks if i have all the origional parts for it, and then just leaves.
I later come to find out about this http://portland.craigslist.org/car/95131147.html
I don't think he completly understands how to restore a car. Not only if someone put 6k into the car would it make it worth more than 12k, but i see just shells selling for 4k.
I ask to you guys not only to flag this posting but to give him a friendly e-mail brettmerle@earthlink.net he's not a very good person to have in the camaro community, and very bad role model for those of us who take our cars and the restoring process seriously.
i have to sell the camaro by wednesday so i can leave for montana on firday and this dosen't help one bit.
Thanks guys.
Mike.

yeah, the listing said that no one should even bother to come out and look at it because its trashed, and that he is a professional and fixes these things for a living, he obviously dosen't know a **** thing, or have a clue about the value of these cars, project or not.
You guy think im asking too much??? because ive been told its a fair price for what i have.
