Could we have a moment of silence here...
Not a very good night for me and many in the dfw area.
Two close friends David and Aaron were both in a car wreck tonight. At the current time its been confirmed Aaron did not make it...no word on David yet. Both were riding in Davids turbo v6 when they lost control and hit another vehicle that ran a red light. Both were air lifted to hospitals asap. Truly a sad night for many as both were real great guys and I know them both personally. My camaro got its rims from Aarons Z28 as funny as it may sound I will be taken extra care of them to remember him bye....Hope David pulls though.

I don't even know what to say, I went through and read every single post made there and you can just feel how close everyone was.
What's even scarier is when you read this post he made the DAY BEFORE the crash and he's friend died in.

Just out of curiosity how's the driver of the other car doing? I mean it sounds like the driver of the turbo Camaro was at fault so while I feel bad for him I feel even worse for the other driver since they were obeying the laws.

Not to sound like an *** but you gotta pay to play.... sometimes the price to play is just to high. Weird though that the Camaro got hit in the rear and yet it is his fault. I guess the rear end just came around on him and he lost control. What kind of road did the accident occur on (curves or stright line)?

thats really terrible. even if there is prison time or w/e, the thought that he killed his friend is what would really get to me at least. thats whats bad, its almost better if the passenger lived, cause now the driver has to live the rest of his knowing its his fault. either way its not a good situation. my life flashed in front of my eyes when i wrecked and i will not speed anywehre except the highway and i already have my limit set there. thoughts go out to them and friends/family.

It wasn't the Camaros fault at all. Someone said in the thread that the Ford Taurus ran a red light and T-boned the Camaro. Regardless of who's fault it was, it's still a sad day for the FBody community. My thoughts go out to those involved.

My name is Matt, i'm David (korben150's) oldest brother. I first wanted to say thank you for the kind thoughts and prayers. It is greatly appreciated by my family. The latest update I have from the hospital is that David is in critical but stabile condition. He is at Harris Methodist, and unfortunately it will probably be a few days before we know more about his condition. To Aaron's friends and family, i'm extremely sorry for your loss. It has shaken me as deeply as my brothers injury. We believe fully in the power of pray and the Lord above, so please continue to pray for David and our family. If you didn't know, my mother was out of the country and was just notified and will be returning home today on an emergency flight. So please keep us in your prayers. If anyone cares to contact me, my aim is mattsiri31.
Thank you,
Matt Siri and the Siri family.
