Chicago Auto Show
I just got back from the Chicago Auto Show. Pretty good show, the new ZR1 looks amazing but as much as I hate to say it for the cost the Viper still looks 100x better.
They had a couple Dodge Challengers there and I must admit, it looks a whole lot better in person than it does in the pictures not to mention a ton better than the concept. Right now I might have to say that the Challenger does it for me more than the new Camaro but to be fair I haven't seen a production version of it yet.
Of all the cars there the Viper was my favorite with the Lotus Elise coming in second.

I went today. Chicago's traffic can lick my nuts. 6 hours of driving between their and back. Ridiculous.
Anyways....
I absolutely love the new Challenger. I liked it in pics, but could never tell how big it would be. IMO the car is just perfect. The TA is so getting sold this year and money put away for a Challenger.
That said, the Camaro is disappointing in person. I know it's not the production one there, but it's just doesn't do anything for me in person. It comes off looking bulky, yet the interior looks tiny. The roof line is too low, with the doors being too high. Looks like it' all blind spots.
ZR1 another car that does nothing for me. I don't car if rich people have another toy. For the money they spent in putting a window in the hood, they could have put a better interior in it besides a stock Vette interior. Even the CTS-V gets Recaro seats and that thing is $40K cheaper.
