Anyway to convert video formats

Panasonic dvd-r records to .VRO format. There are programs I guess that convert .vro to .wmv format but was wondering if there was some kinda freeware or another way to convert.

it took me a while to find a program that worked, and that was free to convery .mov to anything... I found Blaze Media Pro. Google it, and you should find a 15 day trial or somthing. Im not sure if it works with .vro though, but its worth a try.
