advice needed

hello everyone

i guess u could say i'm the newbie around this website..

anyways...does anyone know if there are any legal tracks beside cayuga in toronto or ississauga....if not....i'd be intrested in trying to find a spot in mississauga, to build one....any ideas, advice, comments....thanks

haha, building a track in sauga? riiight ... sorry, but there's a reason why most tracks are 2 or so hours outside of toronto in the middle of the boonies ... no metropolitan town WANTS a track so close to their citizens, let alone the public reaction to having a track in their backyards.

if you *somehow* got around all the red tape in building a track near toronto (which is impossible if you ask me) than the actual cost of building the track will get you, which runs in the millions, perhaps even tens of millions. you'd be hard pressed to find an investor or bank to loan you that much money, regardless of the potential economic gains.

believe me, if it was possible to build a track in toronto/sauga/or any of the outlying suburban towns, than someone would have done it by now.

nothing is impossible....tell me would u like to keep driving so far...and just cheer on the plan



well i know a lawyer that is willing to help me out...plus sponsers and stuff. money itsn't an object right now


heres the idea...3 kms of track....in a place where theres no house or buildings 5 to 10 kms around....there will be a lougne room to chill....a place where people can show of their cars....and a small drift circuit...

got more ideas but keeping it low

yes, toronto hates legal racing. You'll just have to be like the Molson INdy and race on the city streets of toronto.
