Wow, I didn't think you guys still posted in here. Its been a long time since I was in this forum. So who is the man out there on the streets right now? how fast?

Nobody. they all talk fast on a keyboard. There is only a few here, but I don't think they race on the street. The ones that are fster then me don't waste their time with this place. These guys have cars faster then 10's.FYI, I don't have a car ready anymore, its being rebuilt from the ground up.

^ If I were 38 years old, like you, I'd sure as hell have a car that's faster then 13's. I swapped the engine in my car when I was 17. And it wasn't any simple swap like a Honda swap either. How many people here can say that they've done the same?

Jake, didn't you know that the only way to go fast is to buy a 5.0 Mustang, a nitrous kit, a set of Street E/Ts and a drag suspension? If you follow that recipe, you'll have the fastest car in the world. How dare you try something different. Stupid boy.

Gotcha, I was wondering how fast the cars were on here because of all of the bickering. Sounded like 9 sec cars by the way I read it. But hey, to each his own I guess.

Just because other people's opinion on your car might have an influence on your self esteem, doesn't mean I'm the same. I sure as hell don't give a what you or your little parking lot buddies think about me or my car. Low 13's on a stock engine with an open exhaust and cone filter isn't slow. I guess compared to a half-*** modded nitroused Mustang that supposedly runs 11s it is slow, but compared to most of the scrap on this site, its pretty damn fast. The fact is that if I cared as much about my car (which I really don't any more) as you, and my car was as important to my social status as yours is, I'd sure as hell be driving something a hell of a lot nicer then a fox body Mustang.
