Consumer reports are a joke. GM had a nice big response I think its on this forum somwhere. Why dont they do consumer reports on washing machines? or micorwaves.. If consumer reports said yamaha made home stereo equipment well that must be true.
basing domestic or imports it all a crock of what they base it on. Its some journalist that gets info from someone else , and types it down. Car enthusiasts should be writeing these reports. People who actually have a clue about several brands.
****tards. Anything with a domestic badge is simply unreliable and thats that.

The point is nobody gives a ****.. nobody cares about like that or they simply dont listen. They are going to buy whatever is a bargan. I would love for them to explain why the cobalt is a unreliable car. A sales rep at work drives one everywere and we have had no problems. It is a base model though.. I'm a moron? care to say that to me in person?

Way back when ................everyone's shorts were in a knot because Consumer Reports (& others) said that suv's were prone to roll over. Turns out they violently whipped the steering wheel from one side to the other until it tipped over. Geez, you could tip a steamroller using logic like that.
Yuppie crap to confuse simple minds. It's like movie reviews. If the reviewers all hate the movie it's likely worth watching.
