it will help in corners, not much difference on convertable to hard top. It keeps the strut towers from flexing in hard corners, pretty easy to install it's just the strut bolts. For cost I'm clueless

Grant if ure gonna have the hood popped and have some custom **** under the hood why not? I noticed it alittle bit... and every lil bit helps, its more of how hard u drive ure car. The SS has one too but chris is right SFC are the way to go.. I got em and it just feels tighter.
