Sanding help

anyone know an easier way to get the paint of a body kit than hand sanding...that takes forever and my arms are now dead...I sanded for over an hour and got like 3/4 of a side skirt done. any ideas?

Brake fluid j/k.

Dual action sanders are what we used at our shop. They are about $150-$200 though.

What grain? If its too coarse, it will scrtch the plastic and will need skim coat body filler or REAAAALLLLY thick primer to fill in the scratches.

Are you trying to strip it down to bare plastic? You should just scuff it with a red 3M Scotchbrite scuff pad, paint it, clear it and you're good to go. I dont know why you are stripping the paint completley off
