rear mounted twinturbo

oh yea i will be putting these turbos on my car..Have anybody read the chevy performance mag....where they had a article about a single turbo system made by Squires turbo systems www.ststurbo.com that makes single turbo kits for 4th gen camaros and firebirds.Instead of buying there kit i decided to fabricate my own using 2 turbos and mount them not on the motor but behind the rear axle right under the fuel tank.I going to buy from ebay turbonetic that can support 350hp a piece, and i will be able to get the flanges and oil lines from there.I will get the intake/exhaust piping from either home depo or napa auto parts....but the only thing is im wondering were can i get a electric oil pump ...i will connect it after the second turbo so it can pull the oil out and back into the valve cover.Of course im going to have the motor built too.its going to built to a 383..aeromotive fuel system and a list of other things.... If u all have any suggestions or questions let holla at me

IF youcall STS and ask them to sell you a scavenge pump they will give a big load of crap on how their kit and oil pump is proprietary. Heres a website that has what you are looking for (http://westech.home.mindspring.com) they carry the oil pump you are looking for and also supply faq board.click on turbo oil scavenge pump. Also i think the turbos you are talking about are way to small for your 383. i am building a365 ls1 with twin 61 mm, these turbos will support up to 1100 hp together, yet they spool kwik and hard and have a hi a/r on both the turbine and compressor side which means a smaller cam can used but it will still spin to 6500-7000 rpm on the street and make mean low end tork and supra killer top end.I am using one of their pumps for my project. This motor is going in a 3rd gen 'maro with parts that iam using from my wrecked 01 ws6 it will be a 6 speed.

im still not sure as to what size turbos i should use. i went to the turbonetics website and im thinking that i would use 2 t-70 turbos or to4e-60..im estimating that my hp to be somewhere around 450 to 700 hp when im done.Instead of the 383 lt1 i just might try 396 which is gonna cost me a lot more but it'll be worth it! if u have any suggestions let me know

instead of using a intercooler..i was thinkin about a methanol/water injection kit..i think i would get way more power without all the work of hooking up a intercooler

Yo, riceburner i can provide you with the turbo sizing info you need, just let me: know what size engine- static compression ratio- rpm you plan to turn - boost level you want to run-intercooler type a/a or a/w- how much power you expect from your setup i can also help you with your cam selection based on your heads spec-- ihave built about 12 turbo custom systems and i am engine builder and machinist, head porter, efi tuner custom fabricator. iam also agradute from The School of Automotive Machinists in Houston Texas,my uncles 364 ci LS1 6 speed 02 WS6 Twin turbo currently runs 9.80's with 14#s of boost with methanol injection and a huge 31x14x4 intercooler. i machined a 6.0 liter block and built it with h-beams and mahle pistons we used a zo6 cam and the motor made good power, but then i had a custom turbo cam ground with my specs and the car lost about a 1.5# of boost but it gained about 35 to the wheels, which we then turned the boost back up 2#s and the car gained about 85 to the wheels, this was on dyno with back to back runs with meth.with no KR ,the car made about 778 to the wheels with pump gas 93 octane.i tuned the car with HPTUNERS system.need some more info, holla at me yo! yes its a street car with full weight.
