How to change the spark plugs?

How to change the spark plugs?
I know this may come simple for a lot of you, but what is the easy way to get to the spark plugs on the left side. I mean I can see the ones on the right and they are easy to get too, but what is the trick to get to the others?
This is the V6 3.4L
