You should be able to get about an inch or two off the ground without having to do anything major, but the airbag system itself. if your looking for it to be frame on ground then you will have to do some major customization, like cutting out the rear fender wells and re- welding them higher up with new metal. You will also have to gut the front fender wells. Which isn't good for daily driving. I have a Sonoma on bags and I paid $1300 for the system plus $600 to install it. I did no cutting or welding and the truck sits less then 1" off the ground on a stock wheel setup. Is the truck a daily driver? How much are you lookig to spend?
Check out this link, it should give you an idea of whats involved

where around do you live, because i know some shops in toronto that are really
knowlegable with airride, and have reasonable pricing...
if you want to be able to drive it everyday, and have it touch the ground
you will have to put the extreme front bumper, and side skirts.
this will make it appear as the frame is toucing the ground, when really it is the body.
it looks like it touches the ground, here is a pic of mine !
