Fresh Air Line for MSD Opti

Has anyone who has installed an MSD Opti run into the problem of installing the fresh air line into an aftermarket intake elbow.Since they tell you to drill a hole into the rubber and mine is aluminum not sure how to go about this.

use a metal drill bit, aluminum can be drilled easy enough

What I did is I just drilled into the part that holds the elbow to the TB. Worked out great
