Finally put in the Stage 3 maddog racing clutch

I finally got her in and let me just say that this statement they make is right: "streetable, but very at home on the strip!!".
Going from a burnt out clutch to this hardcore clutch is... well, awesome! Haha. We put the clutch in and had problems with the fork, then the slave broke, and when we finally got it in I tried to ease it out of my friends garage. Turns out this clutch doesn't like slow launches at all. I accidentally burned out backwords in his garage... haha... The clutch is pretty hard-pedaled and has about 2 1/2 inches in the start of the clutch travel where it engages (which alows for some pretty fast shifting ).
So to continue the story, it took me the entire 70 mile drive home to get used to what my car wants to do now. Basically, drop launches. After a few miles of hitting red lights, I got it down. A nice mixture of throttle and swift clutch let outs creates a sweet CHIRP and then takes off without bogging down. Oh, and every gear after that you throw it in to it just GRABS and throws your head back again.
Anyway, to sum it up. I have a **** eating grin on my face everytime I drive now. It probably is more at home on the strip, but its damn fun to drive around everywhere. I spent 320 bucks for this clutch and I'm glad I tried it out. It kinda makes me want to throw on a procharger or something.
