bye bye forever
today i was just cruisin in the vert... took off turning left too fast. started fishtailing and held it for about a block. went completely sideways hopped a curb and bam. right into a ******* telephone pole. directly in the middle of my driver door. i jumped out of my car right after it happened and called my mom. when the police came they couldn't believe i was conscious or even alive. they said they dont know how i didn't smack my head on the pole since i was going like 30. my seat is about half the width it used to be and i dont know how i even got out. it was just a blur the whole thing, it fealt like a dream. had the car towed to my house for 120 dollars and my mom made me go to the hospital. my leg isn't broken but its really really beat up. i cant walk on it. ill get pics when i have the energy to walk outside and take some.

the cops were really cool about it actually. i was like so how much trouble am i in? they were like....none...you just totalled your car is all
i plan on sticking around. i was actually thinking about selling the vert right before this happened. the only reason i didn't was b/c i woudln't get what its really worth since the paint job... ive been in search of a 4th gen t/a or formula v8. i found a black formula and its just how i want it. the only thing it doesn't have it t tops. its only like 2700 too. idk how much money im gonna be able to make off my car though if i part it out or w/e. i still have to pay my dad 700 dollars back for the car..

i know. i cried. not b/c of physical pain, but b/c of how much im gonna miss my car that i easily had over 300 hours of labor into. i didn't even put 5000 miles on it yet.
the car was still running when i crashed i would have tried driving it home but the door smashed the steering wheel and i couldn't budge it.

Well that sux. Glad you're not to bad beat up. Looks like a pretty good lick there. And what was that telephone pole holding up. That thing looks huge. They don't grow em like that around here.

make sure your next car has posi and enough power to spin them at a blip of the throttle, and not so little, that you need to be moving fast through a turn to spin the tires and fishtail. open rear ends will KILL you. sorry to say, i think thats most of your problem, i will tell you the same thing happened to me in my 92 RS. i was going too fast through a turn to fishtail cause no other way would spin the tires with the 305, so when it slid out, the rearend got all skitzo on me and put me back an fourth about 3 times uncontrollably kinda and i finally slammed on the brakes while it was headed towards the center of the street so all was fine. look like you did what i barely avoided.
o well, i guess you learn lessons, i didnt get mine till my z28. sucks you had so much time into it. but o well, move on to something better, learn from the past, dont regret it and live life brother. keep us updated on the new ride. W00T!
