the shop is called ......
There is a shop called racetech. I believe they are in toronto I have seen some of there cars at the track. I also believe the 2nd gen Z'ds with the 3.8 s/c run mid 13's in respective street trim.

i think the engine is too heavy, and the old one doesnt produce enought power for displacment, try to get the turbo 3.1, its much easier to get in than the 3.8 http://www.v6z24.com/specs/31turbo .

ok i guess we need to know what your definition of fast is ! I mean some dude i once knew took a chicks percidia for a run around the block and when he came back he was like, "damn that thing is fast" lol i almost busted a gut laughing. And then there are some people who say an import that does 10s isnt fast enough.

well i was at the track and there was a 97 civic hatch back with a turbo charged gsr completly done, forged bottom end complete msd ignition, 25 psi boost, and a bunch of other random done to it and it ran with about 12.5. no the is also people who put a turbo charged, stock 3.4 in their "slow" cavaliers running 8-9 psi also doin 12.5, and the guy with the cavalier probably spent about half of what the other guy did. or yes you could also do a 3.8 sc swap a little bit more money but do the fly and at a stock 6 psi. So if i were to choose between the two i would pick the cav.take a visit over to www.v6z24.com and check out the slow cavaliers.
