1991 Fan stopped working

Hey guys my fan doesnt work in my 1991 Camaro RS 3.1 litre. If I connect the fan directly to the motor the fan spins so I'm thinking that the sensor is bad. Where is that located? Also would it be easier to just install a manual fan switch?

it should be on the intake near the t stat housing (if memory serves) replacing the switch is the way it should be done, or you can rig it with a manual switch and hop you remeber to turn it on and off
