FS/FT: 1994 Ford Probe GT - 140,000 original kms (Nicely moded)
The car is nice but I think I've outgrown it.
Put about 3000 miles on it in the last 6 years, and it has about 90k original miles. Car was resprayed 7 years ago, and was in Florida from 1995 to 2002.
Car is rust free and has NEVER been winter driven.
Spec sheet from road and track to show that the car handles better (road-holding skidpad test, and slalom test), and is faster to the quarter mile in stock form, than an Integra GSR. The Probe won this comparison test by the way.
- Original 2.5L Mazda 24 valve KLDE motor with Variable Resonance Intake System (VTEC equivalent)
- ATX to MTX conversion using parts car with ~180K on it (a friend’s car was used as the donor car, so I know the tranny is great) shifts are smooth as butter.
- mbolin tranny saver brace/bracket (installed as a preventative measure to divert stress from weak point in case at rear mount, I've heard that people have had this problem, and that those with this bracket have not, so in it went)
- Ksport coilovers (true coilovers) with pillowball mount and camber adjustment plate built into strut mount
- very rare Greddy 2.5inch piping Sp1 catback (neither the sp1 nor sp2 variant has been in production for the past few years for this application) - very quiet burble at idle that gets quieter as revs climb
- OEM exhaust system also included
- K&N style air filter
- Prolumen 4300K HID system, with new [05-25-08] 4300K bulbs to replace 6000K
- Brand new H4 housings with Casper billet cutoff shields / D2S adapters (eliminates glare and creates great light cutoff)
- Electronic "sleepy eyes" headlamps, controlled with factory foglamp switch, can be turned off for regular operation
- Custom blackhoused oem front corner lights with orange corner LED (blink at normal rate, not fast)
- Polished Mazda valve cover
- forged 17inch 1999 Mazda RX7 FD3S rims, 8inch front, 8.5inch rear with 225/45 Fuzion ZRI at all 4 corners with aroud 200kms on them as of this post [07-15-08]
- stock 16inch GT 5 spokes with tires also included
- heavy genuine leather Redline Goods shift boot with OEM Acura El shifter (great grip, setup looks factory)
- Sony blackface motorized deck
- Rockford Fosgate rear speakers
- Polished rear strut bar
- 96-97 black outline Tailamps
- corksport lip painted by GM with chipguard protection mixed into paint
- fx designs rear bumper add ons
- 97 black power mirrors
- Full leather interior (no cracks no rips, mint)
- Power windows, power driver seat
- Power sunroof with no rust
- keyless entry
- ice cold AC
- factory foglight ready (just plug them in)
...Essentially every factory available option, minus the rear spoiler.
Recent maintainance done:
-Front ball joints
-Coolant flushed and changed
-Tranny fluid changed
Looking for $3800 O.B.O. etested no safety. $3200 without the 17's. Will listen to car trades but pls. no rust buckets.
