This car is in mint condition and has very low mileage. It has never been driven in the winter and has absolutely no rust. There are few minor and barely noticeable scratches on the left quarter panel above the wheel. Car comes with rims that have winter tires on them (like I said, the car was not driven in snow; it ended up spending the winter in the garage). I also have a set of summer tires for the car.
