2001 Mazda Miata turbo - $13000
Category: Import
Status: Clean Title
I have a 2001 Mazda Miata for sale, in Toronto - GTA.
Mileage: 125000km
Asking price is $13000
Hey guys,
Selling my track toy in hopes of getting something more tame for street use
- 2001 Hard S package
- 120,xxx KM
- 6 speed
- Wilwood Dynalite front calipers
- Factory sport rear brakes
- Autokonexion carbon fiber version 1 duckbill trunk lid (http://autokonexion.com)
- BC Racing coilovers (http://www.bcracing-na.com)
- 949Racing 15x9 6UL wheels with 225/45/15 Hankook RS2 tires
- 949Racing front and rear adjustable end links (www.949racing.com)
- Hard Dog M2 Sport Double Diagonal rollbar
- Flyin' Miata Level 1 clutch installed at (www.daves-garage.ca)
- Adaptronic e420c standalone engine management (http://adaptronic.com.au/)
- 550cc injectors (cleaned and flow tested)
- ARTech axial vband manifold w/ 3" stainless downpipe and exhaust (http://www.artechfabrication.com/)
- Garrett GT2871R dual ball bearing turbo with Tial 0.86 stainless Vband housing
- Drilled Inconel turbine bolts with Inconel safety wire (EDM drilled for anyone that cares)
- Tial MVS 38mm wastegate
- 55mm core aluminum rad
- Sparco Sprint V seat
- No AC, No PS due to space. No homo.
- Free box of ear plugs
Tuned to 10psi. No dyno, but probably in the area of 200-220whp. The GT2871R 0.86 is well below it's sweet spot at 10psi.
I am planning to build the engine this winter, and before I go further beyond the point of no return with this car, I'd like to see if anyone is willing to trade into a track ready car. I really like this car, but at the same time I'd like something a bit more tame for the streets.
I bought the car stock and made a pretty reliable track car out of it. Used hard, but not abused. This is the second turbo setup I've run on this car. Due to failing bolts I decided to go the reliable and almost maintenance free vband route. There is less than 5000 km on the turbo and all exhaust components.
