$7000 as is OBO
Needs the front windshield replaced ($150) Has a small crack on the passenger side / not deep enough to go through the windshield.
May need (2) front tires - the ones on the car have about 65% on them - they are fine in the winter, as I am driving with them and have no issues.
A shop may certify the car without the above.
