my turbo set-up
garrett t25 .48/.49, internalled gated.
hf manifold, weiRtech adapter plate
2.5" stainless steel downpipe, custom made
turbosmart v-port BOV.
aluminum 2.5" piping.
24x7x2.5" IC with backdoor pipe.
dsm 450cc injectors, with resistor pack.
manual boost controller (can go real high) 20+ psi
My int. WG is set to 5psi... easy to adjust with the controller.
Oil feedline purchased at Fluidlyne ($130 value)
Oil Return line is off the SR20 motors (molded heater hose)
Coolant lines, made out of heater hose.
Only thing this kit is missing is some type of management, that I will be using on my next build, so sorry. Not for sale.
The t25 needs a rebuilt.. the propeller is little ticking against the housing (no damaged done). It's roughly a $150-250 rebuild. Seals were fine. No oil leaks into the chargepiping.
Selling this kit, for bigger and better things. Perfect starters kit.
Asking $1300 for everything.
Will part-out if you offer a good price.
Please don't ask me questions about turbo set-ups, research it. I am not here to answer your questions about if it will fit your motor or what numbers it ill make.
Can easily make 200whp and 180+ ft lbs with the right tuning. (roughly)
** this was made for a d-series motor.
have tons of pictures and feedback at request.
