Lotsa stuff for sale......
Hey guys, I just upgraded to an AEM EMS, so I have some used stuff that I want to unload. Please read the notes that are under the pictures of each item for important details.
If you are interested in any of these items, pm me, and we can talk. Items are located in Mississauga, I won't ship, and the prices are firm.
$400.00
This thing is truly amazing, and I have made installation a breeze by pre-wiring it up to an OBD2a > OBD1 conversion harness.
This is the BASIC version, w/o EGT Sensor and w/o G-Sensor. For all the details on what it can do, click here
The screen is scuffed up, but it is still clearly visible. There is only one other problem with it, and it is explained below. If you buy it, you acknowledge the problem below, and you won't come back to me bitching about it!
When it gets too hot, and it is powered off, it will sometimes NOT turn back on without letting it cool down for a few minutes. This is not a defect, and almost all the R500 units PLX ships out have this problem. It is also talked about extensively on PLX Devices web forum. There is no fix, you just have to live with it. While it is powered on, it will stay on, no matter how how it gets. The problem only arises when it has been powered off.
$200.00
This USDM P30 OBD1 ECU came out of a 1995 Honda del Sol VTEC. This is the proper ECU for the Honda B16A engine. Most people just chip and modify a P28, which works, but you don't get the Knock Sensor which is integrated into the P30 ECU via a daughterboard. This ECU was socketed and chipped by Paul @ Neetronics. It contains software for my Turbo B16A running at 12PSI with 440cc injectors. You *could* use this program if you had a similar setup, but I would NOT recommend it, as every engine is unique. So, I guess what I'm saying is that its up to you. You could remove the chip and run your own software, have Paul re-tune it to your own spec, or remove the chip entirely and convert it back to stock form. Either way, I'm not responsible if you f!ck up your engine!
$50.00
This is the MAP sensor you need, if you want to run the above ECU with Neetronics software. Basically, Paul @ Neetronics makes his own MAP Sensors, because his software is proprietary. He sells this sensor to every customer that he retunes Honda ECU's for boosted applications.
$80.00
I upgraded to a Skunk2 manifold and throttle body, and that's my only reason for selling this one. I've cleaned it up as best I could, and it includes the stock throttle body, as well as the stock map sensor. The only things missing are the fuel rail studs (I needed them) and the TPS, (ditto)
Thanks for looking, PM me with questions!
